I had an online screening Interview first where I recorded myself answer 3 questions. There was also a short aptitude test. A few days later I was called in for an inperson interview for the following week. That interview was lovely. I was very well prepared and had no problem answering the questions and maximising my previous experience in a similar work environment. In between questions, we were chatting and even laughing at points. They also gave me a bag of products and a guide sheet and left the room while I followed the instructions and sorted the bottles directly. The interview began after that part. I felt great afterwards and was very much lead to believe I had secured the position, which I had. I've been there a few weeks now and really like it.
