First you will be asked to submit your CV through email. If you successfully pass the CV screening round, they will invite you to their headquarter for a test. I was late for the deadline actually but as they had many candidates sending application after deadline, they organized a specific date for us. After that you will be marked and invited for a group working to solve a case study, then each will have chance to present his/her ideas.
