First a 15-30 minute phone call from recruiter asking about prior experience, licensing and certifications. Then, an in-person interview with a practitioner and the manager. Very responsive and professional in a timely manner.

Telehone initial screening then in person. Interview by operations director then by Therpay director. Standard question regarding pediatric experience, goals for future, where I see myself in 5 years and in 10 years, can i work evenings
