The process take 2 weeks and i have a good feedback and a Follow Up meeting to align expectations from both parts. The first interview was with my direct manager, show the point of need on the position and asking for my background on the activities, the second one was with the Director and a PM already on avaya, that was more further on details and make a balance to the view of my future position. And the last FUP was more 1:1 with the direct manager to align expectations and clarify the last queries

What is the most complex Project that you had work?
Las entrevistas son directas y sin vueltas, el equipo de managers tiene una gran calidad humana, las entrevistas son online y suelen contener a todos los managers en una reunion virtual.

Entrevista
Entrevista inicial (luego de la consultora) con la Jefa de PMs. Luego con varios miembros del centro de excelencia en inglés. Fue una charla dinámica donde se habló de mi experiencia y de lo que buscaban.
