The interview and hiring processes were quite efficient. The HR person stated what she needed to do and performed the actions very timely. The single interview and process with the hiring manager focused on soft and technical skills as well as hands on experiences. Provided examples of customer relationship management, overcoming obstacles, and the person was very open to questions. I was introduced to the hiring manager's staff which made me feel welcome already. The hiring manager had already communicated with references within Avaya and confirmed my credentials and certifications. The entire process was seamless.
