Overall the company was great during the entire interview process. I had 2 phone interviews and 1 onsite interview. The onsite interview was well planned and managed. Onsite I interviewed with 3 people separately. These interviews were behavioral in nature but I felt they sought to understand your experiences and how it can apply to the job at hand. Generally very friendly atmosphere. Was brought out for dinner during the onsite interview which gave me a chance to speak more informally and better understand the company culture. Overall, would definitely recommend this company as one to work for.
