Pretty much the only place in Austin that does a drug test. Insanely strict background check. Out of the many interviews that I've had in the past, this is the only place that actually called previous employers and held people to them. They say they value integrity (so much that it's like they're stuck in the 1950's) but their business skills (especially their HR department) are absolutely lacking due to it.
