I sent the CV, got a callback for a second round. They sent me a link with various types of questions. Although I was in contact with their recruiter and stated that I would like to hear any kind of feedback I was ghosted afterwards and only sent an email stating that I didn't pass. I believe that since I spent multiple hours on the application and the testing, at least they could've typed out one sentence to indicate the reason I wasn't fitting for that position. I believe applicant's time should be valued too.
