Recruiter screen, followed by 45 min. call with hiring Mgr, and then multiple 30 min. calls with other leadership team members (4 total). All discussions were informal, very few traditional interview questions. More focus on background and experience.

Use the SHARE (what was the situation, what were the hindrances; what actions did you take; what was the resolution; final evaluation) model. Will see several interviewers. Each has a series of questions to ask. All interviewers get together to compare notes to make final hiring recommendation.
