My initial contact from Avanti was was a good experience. The big in person interview in Costa Mesa corporate office was lengthy since I had to interview with five people, that is right, FIVE. The first interview was with two people at a once, they were the heads of the accounting department. One guy was chill and didn’t speak much, but the other guy was aggressive and talked too fast while asking tons of questions. He made me feel like he wasn’t sure if I was good enough for him. I was able to handle it though. This guy was going to be my boss, so that right there was a huge red flag. Interviewed with three other people separately after that, with them as well asking tons of questions as well. Overall, the experience was okay but not positive really. I felt the interviewing process was too lengthy and extensive for such a smaller, little known company. Geez, this place isn’t Google.
