I applied for this position through a recruiter who was very excited about the interview and the fact that my experience matches the role very nicely. So he sends me on to the lead HR rep for the company and I have to wait until Monday to speak with her (a week after initial contact). She interviewed me on the phone with behavioral questions. Then the company makes me wait the rest of the week to hear about why they aren't considering me as a candidate. I wasn't technical enough in my answers??? Uhm, she didn't ask any technical questions nor does she have the expertise to level mine! This is very surprising. The lead HR rep says she's interviewed tons of candidates for the position but none of them were technically proficient enough?
