The process consisted of several conversations (45 minutes each) with multiple team members across the HR department and a manager from another department. I met with the hiring leader twice, the L&D leader, Total Rewards Leader, and the Product Team manager. I never heard from Avant with an offer or a decline of an offer following these conversations.
