The interview process from start to finish was confusing and disjointed, particularly in terms of the communication and logistics of each interview via HR. The people I spoke to throughout my interview were very nice and intelligent, which in turn fostered excitement for my job interview process. Nonetheless, the lack of a structured and organization throughout my interview process greatly detracted from my view of the company.

Entrevista
I had a typical initial phone screen to see if this position aligns with my expectations. Then they scheduled an interview with the manager and me, and the manager was a no-show. I waited 15-20 minutes online with no response and had to email a recruiter before they even told me that the manager was out of the office that day. Then they asked me what other days I would be available and I told them I had a vacation the following week but would be available as soon as I return. Then, no response for a few days, until I received an email saying that I was no longer being considered for this role during my vacation. So, not only did the manager no-call no-showed on the interview, they also completely disregarded my availability and didn't even offer a chance to have the interview I was already supposed to have in the first place! If this is how accommodating this company is during the interview process, imagine how accommodating they will be when you work for them.

Entrevista
Got a phone screen from HR, very generic "get to know you" kind of stuff. At the end they said they'd get back to me with a time if I made it through. A few days later they set up a Skype interview for the next week with the department head. I sent a confirmation and they confirmed personally. Then on the day of... nothing. No call or anything. I waited for over an hour before emailing about rescheduling. Nothing. They just stopped communication and I never heard from then again. I understand cutting off communication between rounds, but just not showing up to an interview seemed rude and unprofessional.
