Very personable. The People Lead was so great to talk to and really lived the culture of the organization. He was able to answer any questions and describe the environment to a "T". With this being a more senior position in a small company, the majority of the final conversations was with the CIO and COO. Both presented very authentic fronts enabling trust quickly.
