Interview is more focused on how someone will fit into the culture of the company. Expect some questions on programming, but a lot of it will be focused on how you will fit into the laid back culture.

I have been through two telephone interviews. 1st screening via HR to confirm the legitimacy of my resume and the 2nd screening was with the Engineering Manager. There is an upcoming vis-a-vis interview at Avanceon's HQ next week. So, no offer yet. Both interviewers were personable and less formal than I expected. I did significant research into the company and to the degree possible the interviewers in preparation and I think that worked to my advantage.
