4 months in total The first role went to an internal candidate I then interviewed for another role, The interviewer did not listen to me spoke over me the whole time and got up and made his children lunch. Now I understand more than anything the struggles of working from home, however getting up not excusing your self and talking over me is a combination I do not agree with. This is a diversity lead role and you're interviewing a diverse candidate I was horrified. I held on to hear any feedback I had such good interviews for the other role I still had hope. I still to this day did not hear feedback after 4 months in process so I wrote to the recruiter saying I have secured another role... she still did not reply back with any apology. Shocking
