Really bad interview process. Was expected to memorize html code instead of asking problem solving questions or algorithm tests. What is the point of memorizing code may I ask? Company could not see the real potential of their candidates and it shows. Other companies do better with take home questions or problem solving ones.. No developer should be forced to memorize code
Suite au premier entretien avec les ressources humaines, j’ai constaté un silence total de leur part par la suite. Aucun retour n’a été donné, ce qui démontre un manque de respect envers le candidat. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette entreprise.
