Interview was straight forward. HR round, First Round and Second Round (Case Interview). Each interviewer gave me a positive response to move to the next round. I was scheduled for a third round and it was cancelled the next day after scheduling it. Then they said I was a good fit for advanced analytics but they never called back. The third round interviewer appeared to be a casteist as I can't fathom a reason why interview was cancelled after scheduling it. Avanade may be a great company but there are certainly bad apples everywhere. Avoid it if you are of Indian heritage applying in North America. I would urge the HR to look into the matter and the 3rd round interviewer's role. Remove bad apples before it destroys the bunch.
