RADIO SILIENCE after in initial interview - even after follow-up with recruiter and hiring manager -very poor form. POOR EXPERIENCE
I as head hunted by internal recruiter, phone screened and then schedued with the hiring manager.
Interview was informal, interviewer was pleasant and professional but late and interview was interrupted a couple times.

Excellent set of remote interviews comprising of technical and leadership questioning. Great questions around the Microsoft tech stack, especially D365 and Power Platform. Leadership questions consisted of questions around leadership.

Best described as what interview process? Senior level hire I had to chase up my own application as it just sat with Avanade not even being processed. After finally getting through to someone they realised I should be interviewed so had a telephone interview and was told I was being put forward to the next stage again more radio silence. Decided at this point that this was a company I didn't want to work for. One of the worst candidate experiences I have ever encountered.
