The HR person was very warm, accommodating and most importantly kept me aware of what was expected from me in a specific round, who I was meeting, what broad topics would be covered and how long it would be for. When I arrived on the first day, she even showed me around the office before the interview.
The interview panel made me really comfortable, asked if I needed coffee or water and didn't take the questions to irrelevant, stress related levels. Even the Sr. Manager made sure that this was an open discussion and at various points asked me if I had any concerns or questions. Overall a very quick organised process, keeping the candidate well updated and discussions were healthy and productive. The main purpose for the extended discussions, which was conveyed to me and I could feel, was to ensure the right fit for the team
