Had a total of 4 interviews. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgable, and enthusiastic about their jobs and the company. I saw the job posting on linkedin and after applying received an invitation to do a phone screening interview with a recruiter to assess my basic technical skills and experience. I only had to walk through one project from my design portfolio which was vey surprising for a design job. Most places put a lot of emphasis on your work and here they were more concerned with my work place and people skills. After that I had a second phone interview with a senior designer from Atlanta who assessed my experience with specific projects and my expertise in digital design. Then, I had two one-on-one in person interviews about 30min long each at the studio where they assessed my comfort working with clients, teams, and again with digital design work. The final interview of the two was more about my goals in a career, how I work in a studio, and my comfort level with clients. Overall a great experience with a lot of great people.
