Entrevista
Standard interview consisting of quesstions intending to understand core strengths and present the role. The interview was followed up be a technical interview from various other people intended to measure the technical skill sets and expose strengths and weaknesses. Finally after positive feedback this was followed up by a face to face interview with the hiring manager who submitted his feedback to HR which then followup with their standard processes of making an offer, highlighting benefits and standard background checks.
