Lengthy and frequent. At least 7 phone interviews before the decision to hire. I understand the need to be thorough but the vetting process can be cut in half by consolidating some of these conversations.

Fantastic interview process very smooth. loved the recruitment communication and collaboration and gave me a heads up of who i was interviewing with so i could reach out to them on Linkedin before the interview.
