The process takes forever! It took 2 months for me to actually get hired. I applied in Dec. and started in mid Feb. I interviewed 3 times in total.
1. Phone interview (not with a community manager)
2. Panel interview at the corporate office there were 2 community managers present along with a Portfolio Director.
3.Final was with the Sales and service Supervisor at the community in which I was being hired.

I was really excited to apply for this opportunity after having very little experience initially. I did two rounds of interviews and then I was hired, and given a very warm welcome but after being on site for two weeks, I was entirely on my own and it pretty much went downhill from there.
The interview process takes a while if you are an external candidate. I first applied in Marc 2022 and then I had my interview in June 2022 and didn't hear back until August, then started at the end of August.
Pretty standard interview process. interview was with the on-site property manager for the community. They asked the general questions about experience, goals, etc. very straight forward. After the formal interview, the assistant manager took me on a quick tour of the community and I then was asked to give a mock to the property manager, as if I were touring a real potential customer which was really fun! I received a formal offer a couple of days later and accepted.
