Multiple steps in the interview process along with a role play. Everyone is very nice and professional during the interview. Couple problems I had were one you ask how do people who have no experience with tax software adjust to the change. Everyone says the same answer it’s very complex and takes time to learn and no one comes in with tax software experience. Then they will turn around and say we’ll you don’t have any prior tax software experience like it’s an issue that you don’t. Then they will leave you in the dark for weeks even months with no response I’m sure it’s because I didn’t get the job but when you reach out to them multiple times and they never respond it’s frustrating.
