This was the strangest and most stressful interview I've even participated in. I walked into a conference room with about 7-10 men. (I am female in a male dominated industry.) I was handed a laptop with the screen being projected to the room. I was told to "fix the problem" while they watched. It was terrifying and I choked. Needless to say I didn't get the job.
