Smooth first phases. Nice people. At the 3rd stage, they asked me to complete a high level 6 months implementation overview. They have given 7 days to complete it. At the project presentation, the person stated 'We are not going to use your project ideas internally'. Someone told me some companies use this kind of interview to get ideas from the applicants for free, Strange, they mentioned that out of the blue. Then, after sending the project, almost 50 slides and many hours of work, what I got was a one-liner email stating they were progressing with me. No other explanation was given. After spending days working on the project, I expected a more detailed answer. After seeing this, I think they exploit the candidates by asking them to complete these projects.
