Informal, laid back, seems like a "warm, welcoming" place to work where they give employees a fair chance...Once you get hired though, it all turns bad and you realize you may have made a horrible mistake. Do not be deceived by the manager who interviews you...he admits from the interview that the company has a high turnover rate, but He makes it seem like the high turnover is due to poor quality employees with little intelligence who apply there....Be warned now, it's not true...Stay away from this place at all cost
