I applied online and got a phone interview a week after. They scheduled for a web based WebEx interview a week after. They were a panel of 4 members belonging to different departments. They were very well behaved and had prepared very well for the interview. They had my resume in hand and just asked me the right amount of questions that were most suited for the job. I could definitely feel that they meant business. The interview lasted for an hour and they were very convinced with my answers. They responded properly to all the questions that I had in mind after the interview. Also their way of addressing the questions was very professional. AFCC is very professional in getting back to us on follow up emails. The company has a very good method of letting the interviewed candidates know about the results irrespective of the decision. That is something very professional. A candidate spends a lot of time on preparing for the interview and at the end he/she at least has a satisfaction that the decision has been informed.
