Unstructured interview process, the panel really didn't know anything about the modern recruiting techniques, started feeling unreal when I explained the new methods. Quite inexperienced and unsecured to take an aspiring candidate. Basically, the panel was unaware of industry situation and quite immatured to understand. Highly unprofessional when they lied about certain things.Overall a bad experience.
