The interview consisted of an phone screen with recruiter and an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. They then asked that I come onsite for a full day of in-person interviews.
I felt that the interview process was handled very unprofessionally and without regard to my schedule. They changed the agenda of my onsite interview several times, even asking me to come early the day before and then pushing back my arrival time the day of. In addition to meeting in person with several members of the team, the requested 2 other phone interviews to suit the schedules of those who cancelled and couldn't show up for our originally planned time.
After 3 weeks of following up with the recruiter and asking about decisions and timelines, I still had received no response or feedback. I find this extremely inconsiderate and poor recruiting practice especially after asking someone to dedicate a full day onsite and several hours of phone interviews.
Finally, the company seemed to have no clear direction for the business nor could they describe what the actual day-to-day functions or responsibilities of the role entail. It seems as though there is no agreement on what the future will look like since the Sirius acquisition and that there are issues with retention and leadership.
