The interview process was straightforward and relaxed, with only a few basic questions asked. No assignments were required, and the selection was based primarily on my previous work experience. However, there was some misalignment between the role and responsibilities. The new management, under the leadership of the current GM, is performing exceptionally well, and the company is growing. It has now become a desirable place to work.
