Very Thorough. Interviewed with 3 different hiring managers. Combination of virtual interviews and onsite. Had to take 2 preemployment tests and assessments. Lots of behavioral questions using STAR method to respond.

I only had the first interview. I felt more like I was on an awkward coffee date and was asked questions that were more in line with that kind of vibe. What was my favorite movie? What was I doing for personal development? The person that I spoke to seemed awkward and failed to engage in any meaningful conversation with me. They never asked anything about my skills, goals, or anything job related.
