Application process took 2-3 weeks and included 2 phone interviews, 1 personality test, 1 CCAT test, and a ~3-6 hour coding challenge. Unfortunately, ai appears to be yet another company that does not value their applicants' time and, after going through this whole process and submitting my coding challenge, I received an email stating that they had decided to fill the need internally and would not be hiring for this position after all. They even had the nerve to tell me I should watch their job boards because they would likely list the position again in the next quarter. I would never apply to a company again that has so little respect for their applicants' time. No, ai, I am not sitting around twiddling my thumbs waiting for you to post another job.
