Very long and involved. I went through at least 3 full interviews and an online test. Was asked to go in for a 4th interview. With a gentlemen an an older woman, where I kid you not she fell asleep during the interview. I finished up the interview with the other interviewer. After 4 interviewers and an online assessment, I was ghosted. Never heard from them again, after the investment of time I had putting into the interview process and the way I was treated during the last interview, I felt at least a phone call saying they were going in a different direction was the least they could do

Hiring process took several weeks. Went through an initial screening call with their HR department, and was then asked to take an online assessment. Once the results were posted, I was asked to come in for another two follow-up interviews with department heads.
