Head of Professional Services: A detailed discussion about implementation methodology, stakeholder management, and project delivery experience. Implementation Consultants: A peer-level interview to explore day-to-day responsibilities, team dynamics, and alignment with the company’s approach to customer success. Panel Presentation: A session with the wider implementation team (5+ members) to showcase presentation skills, passion for technology, and understanding of generative AI. Final Stage: Meeting with the CCO and CEO to discuss strategic alignment, values, and long-term potential. Offer Stage: If successful, an offer is extended following final approvals.
