Autodesk follow a very strict process of Hiring both of new hires and internal role change , they give equal opportunity to everyone who fits the role to participate in interview process.
Average interview are anything between 4-5 , mostly all respective leads interviews the candidate to ensure satisfaction and right decision making for both employer and employee.

What is that one crazy idea that you think will be a key differentiater if we hire you ?
I did two interviews online, had to leave the process for personal reasons. The people I met were great, showed interest in getting to know and explaining the day to day work
There was an initial screening by HR, then moved to interview with peer, then moved to interview with other team members, then hiring manager, then final interview with head of team.

Specific questions regarding my experience and how they would be suited for the role.
Was asked to do 5 interviews in one day. That's 5 hours of interviews straight. I bowed out at that stage because I'm not taking time off for interviews. Also—5 hours with 5 different people? Seemed off. Maybe it's because it's an older org with older processes, but that just didn't align to me in terms of a culture fit.
