Received a call from an HR Recruiter about a week after submitting my application to set up an interview. The interview was fairly straightforward, consisted of a simple live coding exercise and a few questions surrounding technical aspects of the role (C++, Databases, Unix). After a week and a half, I had a second interview with the director of the organization. Two weeks later, the recruiter informs me that the position has now went "on hold". I was very disappointed that they waited two weeks after two rounds of interviews to inform candidates that they could not support this position. They shouldn't have posted the position if they didn't have the budget to support it.

1 Round for 1 Hour. Asked one coding questions and followup questions based on the answer.

Entrevista
It was great. I got reminders, the recruiters responded on time. I felt the interview was more of a conversation than asking and answering questions. And I noticed they concentrated more on my attitude and willingness to learn.

Entrevista
There will be two technical rounds based on skills. Since I am Fullstack, there will be one tech round for the front end and another one for the backend on different days. After that, there will be a managerial round.
Then HR and salary discussions.
