Very straightforward. You don't need to know much about cars. The interview is not intense, you simply need to be able to display confidence and be upbeat. Don't worry too much if you can't answer a question - just tell them you don't know - don't try to BS.

Very slow process took almost 2 months to do system was very slow but the interview itself was easy and pay was never discussed til after every interview with store and district manger respectively
