Codility Task- was pretty simple. Interview with HR - Was warm and nice. Take home test - complex task for a junior role. completed the task well and covering all cases. Task feedback was really good. Technical Interview and task review - Task review went well , but in technical round the team was looking specifically for reasons to reject. Overall negative experience. Would not recommend due to : 1. Very lengthy and painstaking interview process. 2. Very wide scope of expectations. Looking for only perfect candidates. Learnability (junior role) is not considered. Positives in the process: 1. HR was quite supportive throughout the process. 2. Feedback for task.
