Initial process was simple enough. Applied online, communicated with HR personnel, and was quickly moved through the process. Was assigned a spec task to complete and did so within the assigned time parameters. Following my submission of the spec tasks there has been no further communication from the company even after I attempted to reach back out. Rejection would be fine, however not communicating with a candidate after they have submitted original work is unacceptable.
