Ridiculous!! First, there is a phone interview with the recruiter...NP; then an in-person interview at the branch location with the regional manager and VP. OK...again NP. This is followed by not 1 but 2 full field days...one with the regional manager and another with a route driver. OK...if you are currently employed this is an issue as now you have had to take at least two days off your current job...maybe three if you live out of town for the in-person interview. After all of this they want another in-person interview with the owner of the company and COO. Basically, just going over your resume and even asking questions about what you did prior to your resume. We talking before the year 2000. That is even more ridiculous. Then you find out what a classy organization they are when after three interviews and two field days; taking off work, staying in hotels and paying gas (on your own dime); they don't bother to tell you anything and leave you hanging. After a few attempts to contact them they force the recruiter to tell you that you didn't get the job. They didn't have the courtesy to call or email you themselves.

For the initial phone interview the interviewer was 15 minutes late to the call. The interviewer only reached out after a message was sent to remind them of the interview. They were extremely unprofessional and ill prepared. Interview was cut short when interviewer was receiving a phone call from a current employee. Was told I would be called "right back" and never received a call back. After being told how great my resume looked and how well I would fit in the position this was a giant waste of time.

The initial phone interview was great. Everything went well and they wanted to schedule a zoom interview. I gave them a time of when I’d be available...well a week went by from when the zoom interview was supposed to be schedule. Ive heard nothing from them. Pretty unprofessional how they can’t answer any of my follow up emails or phone calls. It takes about 30 seconds of someone’s time to say they’re busy or went with another candidate. Disappointed in the process they’ve chose.

Interview was surprisingly tough. Questions asked were expected however a few off the wall questions and a whole lot of digging. Seemed they were trying to find something negative to talk about. The kicker was absolutely zero contact after the interview. No call email or anything letting me know if they went with someone else or what the deal was. Even after I got in contact with the hiring manager. Pretty rude.
