Applied for the job via craigslist. Received a phone interview the same day. Went in for an interview with the branch manager, as well as taking personality and aptitude tests, the next week. The next day I went on a ride along with a fellow SSR. Following the ride along I had an interview with the branch manager and regional manager as well as the branch manager. The next day I went back to the branch to accept an offer from the branch manager and had to take a physical and drug test. Started working 2 business days later.

Totally the worst interview I've ever had!
While I was looking forward to the interview but from the moment I stepped into the office I felt very uncomfortable and most of the people seemed very unhappy especially mike who gave me a couple of Strange looks plus he had to leave couple of times during the interview which has never happened to me . I am glad they turned me down.

Entrevista
Tests start the process, a basic mechanical aptitude test and a character test. They then schedule a ride-a-long so you can see what the scope of the work involves. This really helps eliminate any questions that may come up later. If you choose to proceed then you have a formal interview at the end of the ride-a-long and are told more specifics of the job. The ball is left in your court and you can say yes or no.

Phone interview with HR. Took mechanical test and personality test. Passed tests and spoke to manager right after. You do a full day ride along so you can experience the job in person. Called back for second interview. Get offer letter and start as soon as you can.
