Applied online and the process took a little over 2 weeks. Very unprofessional to say the least. The recruiter contacted and scheduled an interview for the following week. The HR contact worked from home and from what I could tell, very limited experience with the company. I had a family emergency which they worked around - appreciated that. The HR rep worked from home and the front office attendant had to explain she was very hands off. This is a franchise so beware. First interview was with the recruiter, she had very little to say and one could assume she was trying to get bodies in the door. I received a link for a test after the call. The representative had low knowledge of the company, and admitted to having two listings for the same job. She could not answer many of my basic questions. Interview went well and recruiter sent a link for a test. Test was a basic personality type exam. I met with one of the managers. He went to the wrong location to interview me, then was totally unprepared, I wasted nearly 30 minutes waiting for the interview. The actual interview took about 2 hours after the manager was 1/2 hour late. His highest education was community college and he was badgering me about my timeline with my degree from college. I would not suggest you apply with this company. The hiring manager wrote out a 'pyramid scheme' type of pay structure which had me worried. The base pay was around Taco Bell level. Two words: Stay Away. They even had a sign in the front on the sidewalk stating 'help wanted'. AVOID.
