The interview process is 2 interviews. One with a Clinical Director and one with the Executive Director. I found the questions to be fair and to the point. Both participants in the interview were nice.

Amazing, very personable. Answered all my questions. Had ALOT of information to share about the company. Definitely a nice ABA conversation. Got a second interview set up at the end. Definitely interested in seeing what's to come

The interview process was a bit different since I am a rehire and I had previously gone through the interview process. The onboarding process has been great and the websites that are used are very user friendly.

Starts with a phone interview from a recruiter. If they like you, you will meet with the Clinical Director virtually. The Clinical Director will ask you a list of questions - some easier than others.
