Interview process was very organized. I received an email/text the following day after submitting a resume. Instructions in preparation for the interview were very clear and straight-forward. The interview process first begins with completing a 10-minute pre-screening. This is where a recruiter gives you a brief description of the position you are applying for, and this also provides an opportunity for you to share your experiences and why you are qualified for the position. They ask about your availability, if you have experience working with children, etc. Very easy! After the pre-screening call, your recruiter will send you information through email on the actual interview, and how to prepare for it by introducing possible questions that your interviewer might ask. The interview is typically scheduled within the same week of the pre-screening unless you request otherwise. Overall, the interview is 30 minutes and it is done online through Zoom. More information is provided about the company as well as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and you may be asked what you know about the company and/or ABA. Your interviewer will let you know when the interview questions will begin. You may be asked 4-5 questions, most of which are scenario based. For example, "how would you go about working with a client whose parent reschedules often?" There is also a role-play section of the interview. I would highly recommend preparing well for this - be creative! You can use props, your phone, anything.
