Went to an office and had 2 people interview me.
The process took 1-2 hours.
Fairly straight forward and got the job on the spot.

Have you ever worked with anyone or interacted with anyone who has autism.
Asked about educational background.
Did a hypothetical scenario of how you would prepare to do an outside excursion with a child who has autism.
Hours and work availability.
Do you have any experience working with children.
Phone interview where I was asked about my location, ages I was comfortable working with, and whether I was comfortable traveling to others' homes to provide in-home treatment. I was also asked about previous experiences I have had working with children or people with ASD.

The first couple were over the phone; I can’t remember if there was an actual in-person interview. The phone interviews went great; everyone there is so kind and friendly. I was asked a lot of situation-based questions; I had MANY prepared ahead of time from my experience as a nanny
