Had an initial informal meeting over coffee to determine a basic potential fit. This was followed by a phone screen on my work history. The main in person interview was with some key members of the dev and test team, and included lunch. Had an additional followup one on one to make the final decision on my fit as a part of the team. It was a very enjoyable experience talking with each member of the team. We often moved away from prepared questions and got into some more collaborative back and forth discussions which demonstrated knowledge and thinking both directions.
