I feel like the entire process was a joke. Went through the recruiter phone screening successfully, and was told the second round does not include any technical questions. That was true, second round did not have any technical questions, the interviewer asked the same set of question that the recruiter asked during the 1st round and I gave him the same answers. The interviewer wanted to end the interview when we were only 15 mins in. At the end of the interview, the interviewer told me that I should be expecting the notification for the next round fairly soon. Three days after, I was told that I am no longer being considered for the next round. Absolutely wasted my time and lack of respect! What a joke!
