After the initial application process, there is a cognitive test & EQ test. Passed onto the next round - where they required a presentation + interview panel + written examination. Overall pretty smooth process - I only wish that they had more flexibility/dates on offer for that second round as they were all during work hours.

A document was emailed to me 72 hours before the interview, requiring me to produce a 3 minute oral presentation on a topic regarding the APS and present this before the interview via Teams. The interview team asked questions seemingly from a document with no follow-up questions or further direction. The short turnaround between receiving the presentation prompt and the presentation could be quite difficult for people who are working full time or have caring responsibilities that aren't (or shouldn't be) really representative of job requirements.
